Grocery List:

1 4# Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt
2 table spoons yellow mustard to use as binder
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice (not apple juice cocktail)
1/4 stick of butter

For the rub:
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl salt
2 tbl smoked paprika
1 tbl ancho chili powder
1tbl garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1 tsp black pepper

For the Mustard Sauce
1.5 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 tbl worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper to taste
