Growing up in the DMV I love seafood, crabs, shrimp, clams, mussels, I love it all.  While working at an Asian restaurant downtown, I went through a phase where I was using lots of Asian flavors in my food (if you don’t have a jar of Chinese 5 spice in your cupboard, go get some) and did this Thai inspired mussel dish.  Not only did it taste good, but it looked amazing as well.  This picture just really doesn’t do it justice!
